Mastodon servers set their own rules, so Postbroad reads them from your server when you connect. Facts marked as not yet confirmed are still being checked against Mastodon's own pages.

Connect in three steps

  1. Create or sign in to your own Mastodon account.

What is the Mastodon character limit?

It depends on the server. Postbroad reads the limit from yours. In the free character counter you can enter your server's limit to see what is left.

Does it work on a server I run myself?

Yes. You give Postbroad the address of your server and sign in there.

Why 'accepted, with a link' and not 'checked'?

Postbroad can't read a Mastodon post back yet. Your server accepts it and gives a link, and Postbroad shows that as accepted, not as checked.

Can an agent schedule my Mastodon posts?

It can draft them. The drafts wait for you unless you switch on autonomy for the brand.
